Acrylic needle punched felt is made of PAN polyacrylonitrile fiber through needling production process. Air permeability is 14 m3/m3.min, operation temperature is 125 degree C, surge temperature is 150 degree C. The felt is used acrylic woven fabric scrim to strengthen vertical and horizon force.
Compare to the polyester it has good acid resistance and hydrolysis resistance and widely apply in waste incineration, asphalt mixing plant, coal mill dust collector.
